The cover for this magazine has a gray to black scale. There isn't alot going on with the color but the feeling it has brings enough to cover for the lack of color. The way that it has few colors makes you focus of few things, the darkest and lightest thing on the page. The name of their model is in the brightest white and the biggest text, besides the title of course, and it makes it feel that the person on the cover is more important than the person producing it. The darkest is Keanu himself, he seems like he does when hes John Wick, invincible and unforgettable. The cover itself has power radiating off of it. The content page was only color in the pictures which would go with what a article is talking on. The articles are related to their views which are mostly men, they speak of whatever drama is among the male celebrities, and older men and what they have accomplished. Some of the ads ive seen are new suits, cologne and underwear. The circulation of GQ was 114,867.

This magazine has one of my favorite covers because they have this shinny background that is only a color shade different from the dress the model is wearing. This makes the whole magazine feel like its made of something that cant be obtained instead of only having the model shine. The bright red color of font for the title also brings alot of attention to it like its the one and only magazine that deserves this statues. All the font is in the same size but i noticed that its only in black and white so the title draws more attention. Zendaya is someone that can genially rock anything but some clothes make her feel like an actually celebrity and not just someone that has money. The pages inside are very colorful and don't give you a chance to think their anything but the best. In all the magazines i have seen this far all have their title at the top and in the biggest font on the page. The title is the only text with color however the models name is the only text that has a different font. There is a color scheme in this magazine with red-pink, white, and dark colors. The dark colors on Naomi makes her seem like a very mysterious person, she is portrayed as someone beautifully dangerous. The calm colors behind her also add to the effect that she can make where she stands the way she feels. The articles inside are all black and white with few colors on objects, this makes the focus of what is being talked about much easier and find and examine. The articles are about what a celebrity was wearing, if it lokked nice and how expensive it was. Other articles were about the dangers of doing this that could harm your body, older fashion, and what was worn on the runway. The cover has a pink color scheme, the title was the lightest shade of pink while the darkest is on Kylie. The lightest and darkest colors always come out first to me but to make the title pop more they put the title in front of the model. On the cover the font is all the same while the only thing that changes was the font size and color. Many of the article in this magazine are to empower women and for them to keep their head up in any circumstance, they have stories of a women's life after her husband died, celebrities lives, and popular TV shows. The pages on the inside are all white to make it have a more upbeat feeling to it. Most of the ads in the magazine are beauty produces like perfume, nail polish, lipsticks and hair produces. The cover layout is actually one of my favorite things because of the simplicity of it. The font is mostly black and white and there is very little writing on the cover so you have to focus on the model and not commotion is happening on the inside. I love how the magazine has a white background and the only color is on J-Lo so it makes attention focus more on her. The fact that J-Lo is wearing something more modern and something that not a lot of people would rock, shows that that outfit is one of its kind and it takes some courage and self-beauty to wear it. Also the way J-Lo is posing is not a typical way to pose, it shows more of the outfit an who's wearing it. The circulation of InStyle is 1.7 million. In the contents the main articles are made in large font to show more importance to the articles that may peak a persons interest. The articles inside are all fashion related and shows you how you can upgraded your fashion to the ones like the models.

The project i have chosen is the magazine project clearly from my first post because i would like to start off with something in my comfort zone, this magazine project is easier to control and i can change it to my liking. A film, on the other hand, can be changed with weather, sound and movement is to the actor. The director cant change the way a person walks to there liking because its just not especially if its a non-professional one like ours will most likely be. I posses many more skills that match with the magazine project than the film project, like the ones i mentioned in my first post and more like my organization skills and my ability to reach out to people my age with my communication skills and relatablilty. The main determining factors for my decision was the small amount of time that was given for the film while the magazine project was for imagination and have been given no time stop. Some aspects of film that interested me were the talking to the camera like in Ferris Bueller's day off and the serious but welcoming of The Newsroom. Ferris Bueller was beautifully made with the feeling it gave to the color and fun that was being had on scene and off scene, even thought it had problems Ferris Bueller was still one of the most loved movie. The Newsroom has this problem that needs to be fixed and its the way the news is shown and that's exactly whats portrayed through the show. I feel like i wouldn't necessarily be a good fit for the film project because i feel like firstly, it doesn't match what i can do best. With the film project i feel like theres so many things i could do or change and that means i cant pin-point an idea to use for this project.
